Dream Water

I’m one of those people who can’t shut down at night. I toss. I turn. I try to force my eyes to stay shut. In the summer, I turn a fan on and the “white noise” seems to help at times, but in the winter it just isn’t a comfortable solution. Since sleeping aids don’t work well for me more than two nights in a row, I’ve been stuck on a cycle of going through the night wide awake and navigating my day totally exhausted.

Dream Water comes in three flavors: Snoozeberry (blueberry and pomegranate), Lullaby Lemon (lemon with a hint of tea) and Pineapple PM. I tried all three and they’re yummy, but if I had to pick one favorite, I’d probably go for Snoozeberry. But, like I said, they’re all great.
